Kelby Photoshop Seminar in Denver

This new seminar, developed by  Photoshop and photography author, Scott Kelby, focuses on nothing but the most requested, most useful and most important Adobe Photoshop techniques for photographers. Although the seminar covers everything from getting your color right to the pros’ secrets for sharpening images, this one-day seminar covers so much more including everything from today’s hottest Photoshop special effects for photographers to how to work faster, smarter, and more efficiently in Photoshop. This seminar is suitable for portrait, landscape, wedding, travel, or commercial photographers.

Class will be on Wednesday, August 29 from 10AM to 5PM at the Colorado Convention Center. Registration details are at the Kelby Training web site.

Scott Kelby will also be at Photoshop World on September 5 - 7, 2012 and takes place in Las Vegas.

Travel Photographer Blaine Harrington

See the world.
Worldwide travel photographer Blaine Harrington will present recent photos from around the world. He will also talk about his experiences and share anecdotes from 35 years of photographing for major magazines, book projects and more. Harrington's recent travels included Europe, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Jordan and Israel, and the American West.
Harrington, two-time winner of the prestigious Society of American Travel Writers' Travel Photographer of the Year award, will also ask the audience to rate photos he is considering for entry to this competition.

He has created, directed, and edited visual journalism projects that have earned Pulitzer Prizes, as well as EMMY, Peabody, and Edward R. Murrow awards.
