RALLY FOR FILM INCENTIVES IN COLORADO

So, you're not a filmmaker. Or are you? Guess what - We're all in this together!The new State House session is upon us, and one of the first bills to be introduced will put Colorado back on the map as a film-friendly state. Come show your support, see your friends and be a part of the next chapter of production in Colorado! Most other states, and New Mexico is a real success story here, offer some sort of tax incentives for filming withing their borders. Colorado needs to expand their weak, token incentives to drive creative budgets our way!

This rally is being organized by Lighting Services Inc (Studio/Grip truck rentals) and the Colorado State Film Commission. (If you don't know, the Commission supports the still photography community exactly the same way they do for motion: Referring coordinators & crew, support, locations, etc.)

I work occasionally as a Unit Production Still Photographer hence my connection to the cause. Thank you for coming!
